Vancouver-born crooner Tobias Jesso Jr. released “True Love” as a proper single today. Jesso has been playing the demo on the road and prefacing it by explaining that label executives didn’t want the track on his debut album. The demo recording of the song has been on YouTube for about a year.

Along with “True Love”, Jesso also released an alternate version of “Without You”. He’s scheduled to tour for the rest of the year, but it seems as though he’s already gearing up to release another full-length. Only time will tell.
